The average price of free housing rises 3.3% in 2022 with Melilla in the lead

The average price of free housing rose 3.3% in 2022, to 1,749.2 euros per square meter at the end of the fourth quarter of the year, the highest figure since the second quarter of 2011, when it reached 1,752, 1 euros per square meter, according to statistics published this week by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma). The price contracted in eight provinces

The average price of free housing contracted in eight provinces in 2022: Almería, Salamanca, Zamora, Cuenca, Castellón, Cáceres, Lugo and Álava.
