The average price of free housing rose 3.3% in 2022, to 1,749.2 euros per square meter at the end of the fourth quarter of the year, the highest figure since the second quarter of 2011, when it reached 1,752, 1 euros per square meter, according to statistics published this week by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma). Madrid, the highest price

The price contracted in eight provinces
